Order Basics

• Telephone orders are taken Monday – Friday
• Email, voicemail or fax orders can be submitted on weekends
• Orders must be submitted by 9AM PST for next-day delivery, on Tuesday – Saturday

Next Day Delivery
Orders placed by 9am PST will be delivered the next scheduled business day. We do not deliver on Christmas day and statutory Holidays. Some exceptions apply.

Office Hours

Monday – Friday from 6am-1:30pm
Office is open to take orders on most stat holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Remembrance Day.

Payment Options
We accept Visa and Mastercard and company cheque with credit application. Contact us during office hours (see above) for assistance.

Claims
If you have a concern with product quality or freshness, claims must be reported within two business days of receipt of goods. How to submit a claim:

• Send an email to orders@deansmilkman.com
• Subject line: Claim for invoice #XXXXXX
• Include product brand, product name, and description of your concern, product expiry

Truck Delivery
Routes are dictated by maximum efficiency. Please note that Dean’s does not book delivery appointments. Delivery parameters are discussed upon opening an account.
